How many people can collaborate on one Kaizup account?
The number of members depends on your plan. You can invite internal team members and external collaborators — agencies, freelancers — each with the right access level.
Can an editor publish posts without my approval?
That depends on the workflow you configure. In review mode, any post created by an Editor must be validated by an Admin before publishing. In autopilot mode, approved posts go out automatically.
Does my whole team see the same data in real time?
